I am a client of Ace Travel House, Inc. ("ATHI") travel agency. I hereby appoint the owner, manager and all employees of ATHI to be my attorneys-in-fact for the purpose of signing any documents necessary to purchase travel arrangements and to charge these purchases to my non refundable package:

I authorize any of my attorneys-in-fact to sign credit card authorizations for the payment of my travel arrangements. I agree that I will pay for all such charges and will not hold ATHI responsible for any of its actions pursuant to this limited power of attorney and will indemnify ATHI for claims, demands, causes of action, damages and losses it incurs including attorney fees.
Consumer Disclosure Notice: Ace Travel House, Inc., is acting as an intermediary and agent for various suppliers, in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, group transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Ace Travel House, Inc. shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings or reservations. Ace Travel House, Inc., or sanctioning organizations or principals, shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, riots, insurrections, quarantines, fire, wars, customs regulations, government instability, mechanical or construction difficulties, acts of God, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of Ace Travel House, Inc. or sanctioning organizations or principals. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for his/her benefit against such risks. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement of your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members. The right is reserved to provide alternate but equal accommodations and/or tours, if in Ace Travel House, Inc.'s sole discretion, it will provide the participant with better services. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Ace Travel House, Inc. or its suppliers or principals to provide alternate accommodations and/or tours, such alterations may be made without penalty to Ace Travel House, Inc. or its suppliers or principals. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the participants. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tour/cruises should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any participant as a member of the tour, should such member's health, mental condition, or physical infirmity impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other tour passengers.
